wanting me to donate for kid's treatments

Call today @ 10:20 a.m. right after receiving another inbound at 10:07 a.m. from 650.931.8066 AND, I don't have debts for collectors that would be calling. Weird.

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. Calling about a lawsuit

I had a missed call from this number and when I called back it was asking for a pin and to select a language...

I get a call from this number everyday stating that I or my attorney needs to call the above number or dire things are going to happen to me and wishing me good luck if I don't get in touch. I am on the do not call list and am sick of receiving these calls.

I received constant prank calls from this number on my business number. The guys calls in with diferrent scenarios, sometimes asking for nuggets, other times pretends to be a police officer etc.

Calling here a business asking for someone that does not work here. It is very annoying.

Assholes called my cell and when I called back it was No longer in service 2 mins later?

they are calling and hanging up every 5 minutes and a fax machine answer

Called my phone @ 8 p.m. claimed 2 be working for the goverment (as far as i know government works more along the lines of 9 to 5) Had a middle eastern Accent(indian) Said his name was mr davis yet another red flag in my mind name and accent totally clashed. anyhow to the call, Said he worked for the government and had 5600 dollars 2 deposit in my bank account all he needed was my account number.

several call/week, no answer, call back reveals it is Qwest, solicitations probably, getting pretty sick or it.
